About Newpark Mats and Integrated Services
Newpark Mats & Integrated Services, LLC was recently formed through the consolidation of: SOLOCO, LLC, Composite Mat Solutions, Batson Mill, International Mat of Canada, and DURA-BASE de Mexico. This consolidation will allow for all services and products provided by the former individual companies to be readily available under one roof.
Our drill site construction division is a dominant player in mat rental and integrated site services in the Gulf Coast and beyond. We provide temporary work sites, access roads to drilling sites, as well as site closure and remediation upon completion of operations. Our experienced construction crews utilize our patented DURA-BASE® Composite Mat System or 3 ply interlocking hardwood mats for the temporary roadways, work pads and storage areas. Our products provide a safe, cost-effective surface for year-round all weather performance. You can depend on us 24 hours a day, every day of the year for the highest level of service, safety and quality in our work.
The NMIS product division provides high performance matting systems to such industries as: construction, entertainment & film, energy & oilfield, utility & pipeline, sports arena and facility management as well as other premium markets that require the durability and longevity of thermoplastic material for site access or temporary surfaces. Our products have revolutionized the way companies and organizations operate in sensitive environments. Composite mats allow vehicle travel or staging operations in areas that might otherwise sustain permanent damage from ruts or tracks; at the same time, they stabilize loads, keep the worksite clean, protect surfaces and can be easily moved when the project is complete.
Composite mats have the advantage of distributing loads over large areas and reducing impact to soils and subgrades. The mats can be cleaned, decontaminated and used over and over again–making them ideal for construction operations, equipment rental companies and specialty contractors.
The NMIS mat manufacturing division engineers and manufactures our two premier patented matting systems; DURA-BASE® Composite Mat System and BRAVO® Mat System. These products are utilized in-house by our drill site construction division as well as provided all over North America and key markets in many parts of the world by our product division.
