Military

The United States military has called on us for years to provide both DURA-BASE Mats and BRAVO Mats to meet their many rapid access and logistical needs.

The advances we have made with composite and thermoplastic products over the years have given the military the durable and lightweight site enhancement it needs to be a mobile, effective fighting force.

DURA-BASE Mats and BRAVO Mats have a wide variety of military applications, including temporary roads, tent flooring, walkways, equipment storage platforms – even helicopter landing and maintenance pads.

Our rugged, reliable composite mat products have been utilized by U.S. forces in Iraq throughout their military compounds near Baghdad – as well as in Korea during a JLOTS operation to land tanks and barges during non-hostile joint military exercises.

In addition, BRAVO Mats have been utilized extensively in Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. The U.S. National Guard utilized our mats for tent floors and walkways in establishing a base of operations in Carville, Louisiana following the storm. BRAVO Mats were also utilized to establish FEMA trailer compounds for first responders (police, firemen, medical personnel, etc.) in Harahan, Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina.
